* 48 hour cancellation notice will apply if cleaning is not cancelled within 48 hours in writing via email to joanie@joaniescleaningservice.com

* If cleaning is not cancelled within 48 hours, 50% of the job cost will be invoiced the same day and be due the same day on which the cleaning was scheduled.

* The estimate must be signed 48 hours before the cleaning date, otherwise the cleaning will be cancelled.
